Zoey recently became the first female in the breed to earn the BMDCA Versatility Dog Excellent award. This award accurately represents what is exceptional about Zoey -- she is not only a lovely representative of breed type but she is smart, athletic and biddable. To us, Zoey is a reminder that we do not have to give up breed type to have excellence in a working berner.
